Shipping Policy Outdoorsiness.com

  • Most orders ship directly from Outdoorsiness.com or custom orders may ship from their designated manufactures warehouse.
  • UPS, Fedex or USPS is used whenever possible. However, if your order exceed size or weight limits, a Freight Carrier will be needed.


Turnaround

All orders are shipped as quickly as possible.  Please note any lead times designated on product page.  Many items do carry extended lead times due to manufacturing or made to order.

  • ABF, Estes, OD, Roadrunner or etc for freight (LTL)



Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping before payment is made.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we sometime try to ship the part of your order that is in stock with the remaining items to follow. When the item becomes available we will ship the rest of your order out as soon as possible. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
