We may occasionally collect information in regards to processing or quoting your order, improving site functionality and or marketing purposes.  The limited data obtained, will always be stored and protected with commercially accepted means in order to prevent unauthorized access.

We will never share or sell your personal information publicly.  Please email sales@outdoorsiness.com if you ever wish to remove any saved data from outdoorsiness.com.  You are free to refuse to provide any personal information with the understanding we may be unable to provide you with certain services.


Banking Data & Third-Party Processing

For convenience and security, Outdoorsiness uses a trusted third-party service (Plaid) to connect customer bank accounts when you choose bank-transfer or ACH payment.

  • We do not request or store your bank login credentials, account passwords, or full banking credentials.

  • When you choose to link your bank account, you will be redirected to Plaid’s secure environment to authenticate with your bank. Plaid then retrieves only the account and routing information or bank-authorization token that is strictly necessary to complete the requested transaction.

  • By authorizing the bank link, you grant Plaid permission to act on your behalf to retrieve your financial account information. This process is governed by Plaid’s Privacy Policy (at https://plaid.com/legal/), which describes how your data is collected, processed, shared, stored, and protected.

  • Outdoorsiness will only store the minimal tokenized data required to process payments or refunds (for example, masked account or token IDs, not full credentials or bank passwords).

  • We will never share your banking credentials or account numbers with third parties, except to complete the authorized transaction.

  • If you wish to revoke the bank link or delete stored account references, you may contact us or use the tools provided in your account settings.
