Anna Manning –
I bought this to hook up my motor home. Works great! The only thing that seems to be “off” is that you cannot hook up a 110 plug and shut the door. You will need an extension cord with a “flat” plug.
G Harvey –
Perfect for our camp upgrade

Product is very good value, with excellent design and components. The metal enclosure is well constructed, with the front panel sliding up on side hinges to underlap with the top of the panel for better protection against the elements. A 30 amp and 20 amp CB and receptacles, a two phase supply option, all nicely compacted and arrange for wiring. Price these components separately, plus a good overall design, you can’t beat the price or quality.
Ron M Gadeberg –
Great product
R. Moore –
Great quality at a good price.
Jose M. Velez –
nice
J. Crane –
Depending on the shape of your 30 AMP plug, you will probably not be able to close the box door with the plug in place. If it’s raining, this is not a good design. If the door was hinged at the top, it would provide more protection during inclement weather.
Gary Livesay –
Great product and quick shipping.
Tom H. –
Great product does all that we hoped it to do.
Trish Jenson –
Very Nice. Good construction good quality.
Ken –
Exactly as advertised (and what I needed). Makes for a nice “finished look” to my backyard hookup at a reasonable price.
HSMobile –
This outlet box has everything listed and is in great condition. I took a chance on a used power outlet for my camper, to save 20% off the new item cost. I am very glad I did!
Zam bony –
Perfect for my electrical hookup on my Travel trailer. great quality and prewired was nice.
Ross –
Product is very good value, with excellent design and components.
Poppa Chris –
A little bulky for my needs, but an excellent power supply. I wish there was an option for a weather resistant housing.
Ross –
I like it
Amazon Customer –
Had it sent to my son’s house where it was installed by an electrician. Works great. Using it right now in Pa. to provide power for my rv in my son’s driveway.

We set up a travel trailer at a new lake lot for weekend usage. This sub-panel installs easy. There is a wiring diagram inside it to show you where to run your hot, neutral and ground. There are a number of knockouts on the bottom for conduit. The cover closes for a weather tight seal while the 30 amp travel trailer is plugged in. The cover opens and closes very easy. The 20 amp outlet is a GFCI. It is convenient to have a normal outlet outside. This panel is a professional looking setup. I liked that because I installed it on a weekend, then called the rural electric company to turn on my service. Since I knew I would not be there when the lineman came out I wanted this to look proper. I turn off the breakers and unplug the travel trailer when we leave the lake. The only problem that I had was it was a little tight hooking up my wiring to the supplied terminal blocks. I ran 10 ga. and 12 ga. underground wiring (inside conduit) to the panel. The panel had a connector installed on the terminal block in case you want to bond the neutral and ground. (Check your local codes.)I’m very happy with the panel and I am glad that I bought it. Please note that ELECTRICITY CAN KILL YOU. If you question your ability to wire this up than don’t second guess yourself. Get a licensed electrician to do it for you. Make sure the electrician knows that this a 110 v. hookup and not a 240. Follow local codes.

it is great now i have full power to my a.c. and microwave

Good product, good price, outstanding service.

I bought this box to provide additional power and protection for my RV by wiring it so I can plug it into the 50A 120/240V power receptacle on the RV park power pedestal. The unit provides a GFCI protected 20A receptacle for extension cords and a 30A receptacle for plugging my 30A RV into. When only a 50A service is available in an RV park, this prevents burning up my 30A power cord by using a 50 to 30 amp pigtail. The box is weathertight as long as it is mounted vertically but you have to replace the standard straight plugs on most cords with 90 degree right angle plugs in order to shut the door. Comes complete with all breakers (a 30A and a 20A) and receptacles, all you need is power, either thru the knockouts on the bottom or with the use of a hub or cable gland nut on top. Please don’t install this if you are the least unsure of proper electrical codes and installation!

Just what I need and expected!
mom2aj –
Really nice box but if I can’t leave my camper plugged in, it is of no use to me. I have to bungee cord the cover so rain, snow or any bad weather doesn’t short this plug. Cost enough that the cover should close while the RV is plugged in.
hugh gustafson –
i had a good experience with them
zeek –
nice product, works great.
Allan Chilton –
Good product except the 20 amp duplex. Can’t shut the door with a cable plugged in and can only use one flat extension as the plug spreads over both outlets…..what genius spoiled an otherwise decent product with this lack of thought for detail? Anyone know where I can get two flat plug cables that allow me to leave lights etc plugged in with door closed please?
MikePeg14 –
This is a great power box if you’re looking to add an outdoor outlet for your camper look no further.
brad hill –
Well made
WILLIAM A BARNETT –

If you have an RV this is a must
Kathy Bouchard –
The exact model number of the one I received is U0410C010. It has cUL listed designations on it and therefore is permitted for use in Canada. The outlets are pre-wired to the breakers and the door has a bump-out to accommodate RV TT-30 plugs that have a pull handle built in. It fits the standard cord end from our 24′ Jayco. The rear cable knockout of near the bottom centre of the unit. There is also a top entry available (comes with cover plate installed).
R. D. Hammond –
Expanded our electric service at our camp. Great product.
Robert S. –
Works great, no complaints.
Linda –
Great build quality. Don’t try to use a dogbone RV plug, as there isn’t enough room to close the cover. I had to clip the handle off of my dogbone extension cord so it would close. It is nice to have a standard 110V outlet as well.
AML –
Nice setup.
n4nsl100 –
Using for my RV, had buddy electrician install, looks and works great!
Ace –
Great value!
Chad from NY –
very good 30 amp RV panel using this to power my Rpod before and after trips. Install was straight forward I’m very proficient at electrical and wiring. The knock outs came out fine for me very clean using a hammer and flat screw driver. Check out the photos, the door closes with the down style 30 amp cords my photo shows a surge protector with door open and closed. I really like the swing to to the side door, the door closes lifts up and locks, quality is good comes with 30 amp single pole breaker with 30 amp socket and 20 amp single pole breaker, 20 amp GFI. The GFI is a nice addition for power washing after camping trips. For the price it was well worth it.
MV Trish –
My husband (the engineer) got this installed for our RV. He ran conduit that also has phone and cable lines along with the electric. Now no more running over cords while mowing. Working great, and we like that there is a green power light that we can check from the house to make sure everything is still connected. Most people should probably consider having an electrician set this up.
Peggy Kreifels –
It came the same day again Thank you
Dan Bradshaw –
Exactly what I needed and works as advertised. Easy install.
Reese Mlekush –
The rv panel is ok, but i did have to “tweek it” to get the inside panel to fit properly. Not a big deal. When you plug something in the 20 amp outlet you can’t shut the door when using a standard extension cord—not good! Would i recommend it? Like i said, it’s ok, but if you want a good quality panel, spend more money.
gerald wilhelm –
exactly what I whated
Paul –
Very easy to install and built well for the enviroment it was installed in.

This all-in-one box solved the over fusing problem I had using the 50 amp shore power for my 30 amp RV and 20 amp extra air conditioner on a separate circuit. There are no fuses in a 50A to 2 x 30A dog bone and that leaves the RV and the air conditioner over fused. A power problem may not flip the 50A breaker and burn out your rig. This box allows you to solve that problem by putting a 30A-110V breaker on one leg and a 20A-110V breaker on the second leg of the 50A service. I bought some 4 wire cable (AWG 8-600V-black/red/white/green) from Home Depot. I wired it to a 50A-110V RV plug. I wired the black to the 30A-110V breaker pole, the red to the 20A-110V breaker pole, the white to the neutral bus lug, and the green to the ground bus lug. The box comes with a wiring diagram affixed to the inside cover. I wanted to go through the top rather than use the knockouts so I needed a hub for the top of the box to insert the cable and a cable clamp so the cable could not be pulled from the box. The entire process took about an hour after all the parts were gathered. This was a simple project for someone who is accustomed to working with electricity. For those that aren’t familiar, I’d advise finding an electrician to wire the box for you. Electricity can be deadly.
Brooksville Reader –
Works great for my RV. Mounted it on a 4×4 post next to motor home.
BlueBelle83 –
I bought this to hook up my RV. Works great! Very nice to have real RV hookups alongside the house.
E. Capozzoli –
Ran a buried line to my driveway for an RV hookup. Works well I was able to use both plugs after wiring them from one feed line.
Christopher Lindsay –
Good product; easy to wire up. Works great for my RV!
spike56 –
Well Built, Can’t wait to install it in the spring.
SailCarib –
Working great. Very nice to have real rv hookups alongside the house.
John H. Heyder –
Great Product
Mark S. Holly –
Perfect for use with my motorhome. The door clearance is very small so if your plug is thick or has a handle the door will not close and because it is hinged on the side it will swing in the breeze and be exposed to moisture.
texascrusty –
got the wrong one sent back for a different one.DUH..
Louis Sicona –
Picture doesn’t show, but it has the bump out for RV plug with handle.
Chris Rostie –
Exactly what i needed, gives me power to run ac on the trailers on hot summer days.

bassinmatt –
Went through a few of these with other brands. Midwest provides a quality product that shows and lasts in outdoor use.
David Braugn –
Item was perfect for our shop. The streamline design makes it blend in and we can shut the door with the camper plugged in.
Marco –
We keep our camper plugged in all the time when not in use. We have used Midwest products though out the years and its definitely a great quality product for the price.
Sean –
It is very rare that I rate products that I’ve purchased. However, this unit worked so well, I felt obligated to write something. I added a 30amp outdoor circuit for my camper. It works great! I’ve already recommended this unit to a co-worker who’s wanting to add an outdoor circuit for his camper
Johnb –
I gave it this rating because there is no way to give it a 4.9. The box can be used as 120VAC but can be feed with 240VAC. The 30Amp side has its’ own buss bar for connecting one 120VAC source. The 20AMP side has a separate buss bar for the other 1/2 of the 120VAC connected to it for a total of 240VAC to the Box. The 20AMP side buss bar will accept a 3rd breaker giving you an additional circuit. I fed mine with 6-3 w/ground for a distance of 90 ft. To maintain safety, I used a 50Amp GFCI Breaker in the main panel. Everything went fine until I started to close the lid. I used the 4 bolts that came with the GE 1&1/4inch Raintight Hub. The bolts were too long and prevented the door from closing. However, I use 2 of the bolt that came with the blank cover for the top of the Power Box. They were short enough that now the door closes as it should. My power cord has a permanently attached handle on the male plug, so the door will not close completely when the cord is plugged into the outlet. I have used doors in RV Parks that were even more open than this, so I am not worried about rain getting into it as it is located in a covered carport. Overall, I am well satisfied with this Power Box.
Raymond Jones –
I purchased two of these load RV outlet boxes. No complaints on the shipping, packaging or quality of what I received.
DChopper –
Nice panel. Looks good on shop building. The duplex outlets are a nice plus too. Good quality, heavy.
Stick –
Was easy to install. Handy that everything was included. Just what I needed.
Lisa –
Worked great, my plug has a handle on back and lid doesn’t close all the way. Lid still keeps everything dry.
Rhuffl –
This product was excellent and works as suppose to.
Charlie D –
Typical 120 VAC, 30A RV power box with 120vAC, 20 receptacle, individual circuit breakers, heavy duty steel box. Rreceptacle is rectangular
SoonerSmit –
Installed at my home to supply power to my motorhome. Works great!
JOHN –
Very nice RV disconnect. 20 amp plug holes in faceplate are incorrect in the picture. It comes with the decorative plug hole, rectangle. Easy to install a GFCI in place of the regular outlet/plug that comes included.
