Wanted this in garage to hold heavy tools including 2 table saws. They fit perfectly on this and makes it easier for us to access in our cramped space. As other reviewers mentioned, a few bolts in wheel assembly are too long. We added a couple of washers and for others, were able to loosen bolt enough that it cleared the metal plate but was still securely fastened. We didn’t have the tools to shorten them, that would’ve been better. Overall, very pleased with this heavy duty cart.

It is exactly what you want form one of this type of carts!It has two very solid and well made trays, with a good deep lip to help hold tools or items in as the cart moves about.It is easy and intuitive to assemble, with all the hardware plus a few extra screws just gor good measure!

This utility cart is much better than I expected and I’m very happy with it. The cart took a little bit to assemble and some of the pieces were hard to hammer together with a mallet, but every piece felt high quality and well made, and it was worth the time it took to build. I’ve used this for many projects and haven’t had a single issue so far. The wheels roll smoothly on concrete even loaded with lots of weight and it has no issues getting over cracks or uneven floors. The brakes work and overall I’m very happy with using this cart!

This is a heavy cart constructed of thick, durable polypropylene. It has large wheels 2 of which turn. Two also have locks to immobilize the cart. It has a wide, easily graspable handle combined with a convenient small item storage tray. The cart was easy to assemble. I was concerned about the clearance of the wheel assemblies and the bolts holding them to the cart so I added a thick washer to provide ample turning space. Assembly was a bit tricky, especially by myself. It doesn’t stear great either. Other than that this is very sturdy feeling and I’ve been able to load around several large and heavy boxes easily. I also like the cup and compartments for tools and other small necessities.

The cart is sturdy and well-made. Heavy, too. I am very satisfied with the cart.Whenever I buy an item that needs to be assembled, I always worry that parts will be missing, especially hardware. The folks at outdoorsiness included the hardware package in the shipping box and I quickly counted the screws, bolts and nuts. To my surprise there was an extra of each. Thank you, folks in shipping!

I purchased this cart to haul relatively heavy items. It is built like a tank and has handled everything I have thrown at it. It was quite easy to assemble, but the i structures were not great so just pay attention to which screws go where. Otherwise this cart is awesome.

Some advice, don’t tighten the bolts until all of them are through the holes first. If you tighten three, the 4th one might not line up on that particular leg.That being said this cart is very sturdy and rolls nicely! Can’t wait to bring this on set!

This cart took about an hour to assemble. Instructions could have been more helpful in my opinion. The cart itself is made of very durable material. The wheels are super. They swivel 360, making the cart easy to turn with no difficulty. We use this cart for a wide variety of tasks around our home and store it in the garage. Very pleased with how durable and sturdy this cart is.

I was looking for something like this to provide more storage space in the garage. I usually throw my tools on the floor so I was very excited to try this out. Overall, it works well. When complete, the cart glides well and is quite large. The dimensions are accurate but you really don’t realize how big it is until its full made.

cart is really a nice item. It’s large, it’s durable, and it has a handle with spots for a coffee cup and lots of small parts or tools. The bad news deals with assembly. You should watch the video for details, but a tiny change could’ve made the difference from an easy assembly to a nightmare assembly. On top of the woes described in the video, the interlocking part of the handle/tray did not mate well with its corresponding part on the upper shelf. Rubber mallet required! The extra bolt included was VERY bent and malformed (see photo)–good thing I didn’t need it! The casters are VERY nice, and of good size (part of the nightmare though…) and the cart is very manueverable. It’ll find lots of use in my wood shop.

We got this to use outside with our outdoor kitchen.It arrives in a box, needing to be assembled.The assembly was very difficult due to the pieces not being labeled.It does come with directions, but without labeling it still took much longer than it should have,The bolts are too long as well.Once it was built, it was ok, but does not steer or turn well.it makes a decent cart to leave in one place.We would not buy this again.

Bought this to stand my medium freeze dryer on & it fits perfectly. Appears strong & decent quality. It took me about half hour to assemble. Assembly instructions ok but could be clearer on a couple of the steps. I’m pleased with my purchase. I thought it a little overpriced but then, what isn’t these days.

Assembly of this cart is easy and straightforward, except for one thing: you must match the left and right legs to their proper positions. Everything’s identified with molded-in “L” and “R” markings for that purpose, so it’s not the hardest thing in the world. In any case, if you’re feeling the need to drill holes, you’re probably doing it wrong! After assembly, the cart is incredibly strong, solid, and easy to roll around. Nice touches: the bearings of the two caster wheels are well greased, there’s an extra piece of each type of fastener, and there’s a cup holder. VERY happy!

I was quite surprised at the heft of the box pushing it into my garage. Taking the pieces out, it became apparent this is a HIGH QUALITY cart, particularly at its price point. The plastic is very thick and durable. There are pre drilled holes for accessories to bolt to. I didn’t care for the strut assembly as the screws are too close to edges to get help from a drill. Hand tightening the very large screws was a chore! The wheels are also quite nice, and sturdy. They went on readily and the nylock fasteners included for them means they won’t be slipping off. I found putting the top on the floor and assembling that way (upside down) was the easiest to get everything done.

Utility cart arrived 4-days earlier than shippers estimates. Package was intact with adequate packing for safe delivery of product. Great weight to cart, it is quite solid! Assembly was simple and requires about 30-45 minutes of your time, however, I expect that assembly time is cut in half with a second person assisting (particularly with attaching the wheels). I recommend this product to DIY’r or in a professional environment.

Super happy with the cart – very solid and durable it seems. However with my first use, I heard a loud knocking noise and found that there was a flat spot on one of the 5” swivel lockable casters. Don’t want to return it (don’t even have the box anymore. Trying to reach the vendor to see if they can send just 1 wheel so I can replace the bad one – Vevor, please respond. I want to keep the cart and minimize expense for everyone. Tnx!

This is definitely a heavy duty cart that we’ve been using for several months and it certainly takes a beating.We use it around the house for numerous tasks and often with pretty heavy weight on it and it continues to perform flawlessly with no sign of any problems or damage.

I got this heavy duty cart recently to do some work outside with it. I figured with a plastic body, it would be good for outdoor work since I work in the driveway on my cars. I like the bucket style trays which help to prevent tools from rolling away like they typically do when on my table that I have outside. When using it, its a great little tool cart.

Assembly on this cart wasn’t too hard, but it did take some time. The end result is a very sturdy, durable cart, The only drawback is that the caster wheels aren’t very good unless on a smooth surface. They move fairly well on a smooth surface, but pulling the cart through the yard wasn’t as easy as I’d hoped it would be. We haven’t decided whether we’ll upgrade the wheels or just keep it in the garage. It’s not worth the hassle to return it, so it will be used. It’s just not as great as we’d hoped it would be for the listed price.

Once assembled, I like this cart. It feels very sturdy, strong, and it wheels around well enough.Assembly good a bit of beating on it with a dead blow to get the handle set on it. And one of the bolts next to a rear wheel (the ones that rotate around to different directions) sticks out too far (perhaps I over tightened it, it was not clear how tight they should be) and it interferes with the rotation of that caster. I will add a washer and that should take care of the issue.Other than the annoyances with assembly, I’m quite happy with this cart. It holds a lot, and it seems to be able to take an little abuse. Just what I need out of such a cart.

The cart is great. Made solid and nice big wheels.Look at the pictures. When installing the front two wheels that swivel the bolt comes through to far. This causes the wheel to not be able to spin. Now if you have washers the right size laying around you need to use them. I did not and had to use a cut off tool to cut off all 8 bolts. I have tools and a garage but if you don’t you are in trouble. The back wheels are stationary so not problems with them. This is a real problem. I would have deducted more stars but the cart is rock solid.

This is a really nice cart. One of the bolts did strip while building it, but there was an extra. This wasn’t too difficult to put together. It’s very high quality too. It’s really big too! I did not expect that size even though I did read the dimensions. I’m pleased with this purchase though and would buy again. It’s very durable and high quality.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great and sturdy cart. Assembly was not easy, Husband’s help was required. The parts are heavy and the finished product can hold 500 pounds or more. The cart has great shelves with lips to contain whatever you want to move or store. There are several compartments for tools or pens. The casters are huge, over 5″ diameter and 2 of them have breaks. But… the bolts for the wheels are too long and prevent you from moving the cart- see my video. That’s a big flaw in the design. I suggest that the seller provides shorter bolts with each new sale so buyers do not have this “no move problem”. My husband is not willing to take it apart to fix or return it and I am not happy with a cart that cannot be moved without big effort- so we are basically stuck with a shelf, not a cart. When I ordered the cart the price was $123.50, it is now $120. It is still too high for the disappointing fact that it is only a shelf with big non functioning wheels.

The box came damaged and the unit had a crack in it. Outdoorsiness quickly filed a claim on their end and replaced the unit. So while shipping was bad they stood behind the product and gave me another one.
