Description
Our ummetered RV pedestals are UL listed as RV supply equipment and perfect for any RV park or Campground. Tried and tested, our pedestals are currently providing power for RVers in private/state parks, national parks, county and fairgrounds from coast to coat. Each Pedestal is equipped with a factory wired socket rated to 100 continuous amps. These pedestals are manufactured using 16 – Gauge steel and NEMA 3R construction, both which resist corrosion, fading and provides lasting service. Units are available in either pad mount or direct bury pedestals and fit all standard round watt hour meters.

Awesome box. Just what you need if setting up power for RV/camper! Only issue I had was I was expecting Midwest Products through out. Only the breakers are Midwest. Outlets are 3 different manufacters. All quality stuff! But as my Wife works for Midwest(different division) just thought I was getting all Midwest equipment.

Well it should have been great… but was slapped together with stripped screws… one of the 220 outlets was broken.. the plastic piece was snapped off… could not repair that… maybe with some epoxy… no sign of damage on package… so have to assume quality control is an issue… I did not return because my need was urgent. I fixed it as best as I could… expected more…

The 50 amp failed while my trailer was plugged into it and we were out of town. Ruined the food in the freezer and in the 105 temps in Arizona we returned to A huge mess and the smell of a dead body from the meat that spoiled and exploded in the freezer. Never seen anything like it. No amount of bleach has overcome the smell. Angry is an understatement (and I won’t leave food in there if we leave town again…lesson learned on that one). Now we have to have an electrician come out to see if it can be repaired and will cost three times more than the box did. I’ll update the review if I get more info. on why it failed.
